Your name, email address, Clerk authentication tokens, profile photo, and security identifiers are completely scrubbed.

Uploaded Study Materials
All PDF documents, lecture slides, notes, and text excerpts uploaded to Ollie AI tutor are permanently purged.

Voice & Session Logs
LiveKit audio streaming room records, interactive whiteboard diagrams, and AI conversation transcripts are destroyed.
⏱️ Processing Timeline & Policy Details
- Self-Service Deletion: Effective immediately upon account deletion via profile settings.
- Form / Email Requests: Processed within 24 to 48 hours of request submission.
- Data Retention Post-Deletion: Zero personal data is retained post-erasure. Non-identifying operational audit logs may be kept for up to 30 days for security compliance.
